In the present global environment the demand for transformational leadership has never been so important. In this course participants learn the skills and knowledge to successfully lead and manage in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Students will develop the ability to provide leadership, guidance and support to others as well as being accountable for their own performance. Those on this course will learn some responsibilities for organising and monitoring the output of their team as well.
